The service
Get Your Bills provides web-based tools for creating and managing invoices, clients, quotations, expenses and payment records. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed as the product develops.
The service is a workflow tool. It is not a chartered accountant, tax adviser, lawyer, bank, payment processor or government filing system unless a feature is expressly identified otherwise.
Account responsibility
Credential security
Protect your password, email account, devices and authenticated sessions. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Authorized use
Use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with information you have a right to process.
Report concerns
Promptly report suspected unauthorized access through the verified contact path.
Your documents and tax responsibility
You control the business, client, invoice, quotation, expense, tax and payment information entered into the service. Review every document before issuing or sharing it.
You are responsible for invoice numbering, dates, parties, descriptions, values, GST treatment, HSN or SAC information, payment instructions, record retention and any filing or reporting obligation that applies to your business. Software calculations do not guarantee legal or tax compliance.
Shared links and third parties
A person with an invoice share link may be able to view the associated document. Send links only to intended recipients and revoke or replace access when the product provides that capability and circumstances require it.
Sharing features may open third-party services such as email or messaging applications. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Review recipients and content before sending.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, distribute malicious code, violate another person's rights, create unlawful or deceptive documents, or use the product to facilitate fraud, spam or prohibited activity.
Availability and changes
The service may experience maintenance, outages, errors or changes. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised. Keep any independent records or backups required by your business, contracts or law.
Current account access is described on the Pricing page. If paid access or material limits are introduced, applicable information will be presented through the service or updated public terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that it will meet every business, accounting, tax or legal requirement.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about these terms should be directed through the verified path on the Contact page.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the product and applicable requirements change. Continued use after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
